These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Zentiro Gaming Lounge and the website zentiro.pro, operated by Zentiro Entertainment Ltd (NZBN: 9429050123456).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Zentiro provides gaming station access (PC and console), tournament hosting, event bookings, and related services at our Wellington venue. All services are subject to availability.

3. Membership & Bookings

• Walk-in sessions are available on a first-come, first-served basis
• Monthly memberships auto-renew unless cancelled with 7 days' notice
• Group bookings require a minimum 48-hour advance notice
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates our code of conduct

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST. We accept cash, EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, and Apple Pay. Prices may change without prior notice; existing memberships will be honoured at their current rate for the remainder of the billing period.

5. Code of Conduct

• Treat all staff and fellow gamers with respect
• No harassment, hate speech, or abusive behaviour
• No cheating or use of exploits in competitive play
• Handle equipment with care — you may be liable for intentional damage
• No outside food or drinks (purchases from our bar are welcome)
• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, Zentiro's liability for any claim arising from the use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service. We are not liable for: loss or damage to personal property left at the venue; data loss on any personal devices; or indirect or consequential losses.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on zentiro.pro, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Zentiro Entertainment Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
