Walk-in Sessions & Day Passes
Walk-in sessions and day passes are non-refundable once the session has begun. If you experience a technical issue, we will provide an alternative station or credit the remaining time.
Monthly Memberships
- Cancel at any time with 7 days' notice before the next billing date
- No refunds for partial months
- Full refund within first 48 hours under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
Group Bookings & Events
- Full refund if cancelled more than 72 hours before the event
- 50% refund if cancelled 24–72 hours before
- No refund if cancelled less than 24 hours before

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
